摘 要 目的：研究新霉素氟轻松乳膏中硫酸新霉素的效价测定方法，扩大药品的检测范围，提高检测灵敏度。方法：扩大抗生素检测的浓度范围，以抗生素高低剂量浓度为6～3 u•ml-1或5～2.5u•ml-1对新霉素氟轻松乳膏中新霉素效价进行测定。结果：与《中国药典》方法比较，无显著差异，但平均可信限率良好。结论：改进方法简便精密适用于新霉素氟轻松乳膏的效价测定。

Determination Method of Potency of Neomycin in Neomycin Sulfatefluocinolone Cream

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish a determination method for potency of neomycin in neomycin sulfatefluocinolone cream.
Method: The dectection range of neomycin was expaned for high or low doses of concentration 3-6 unit•ml-1 or 2.5-5 unit•ml-1, respectively.Result:The result compared with that Chinese pharmacopoeia 2005 edition, there was no significant difference but the average fiduciallimits was good.Conclusion: The improvement method is simple and precision, it suitable for determination the potency of neomycin sulfatefluocinolone cream.
