摘 要 目的：建立注射用硫酸头孢匹罗的HPLC含量测定方法。方法：采用［SHIMADZU VP-ODS C18（150 mm×4.6mm，5μm）色谱柱］；流动相：0.02 mol•L-1磷酸二氢铵溶液［用磷酸溶液（1→10）调节pH3.3］-乙腈（90∶10）；检测波长：265 nm；柱温：25 ℃；流速：1.0 ml•min-1。结果：头孢匹罗在47.79～189.56 μg•ml-1浓度范围呈良好的线性关系，r=0.999 9；平均回收率为99.2%，RSD=1.2%(n=9)。结论：本法简便快捷，准确可靠，重复性好。

Determination the Content of Cefpirome Sulfate for Injection by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of Cefpirome Sulfate for Injection.
Method: SHIMADZU VP-ODS column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase consisted of 0.02 mol•L-1ammonium dihydrogen phosphate［addjust to pH 3.3 with phosphoric acid(1→10)］acetonitrile(90∶10),the detection wavelength was at 265 nm,the column temperature was 25 ℃,the flow rate was 1.0 ml•min-1.Result:The linear range of cefpirome was 47.79-189.56 μg•ml-1,r＝0.999 9. The average recovery was 99.2%,RSD＝1.2%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, it can be used for quality control of Cefpirome Sulfate for Injection.
