摘 要 目的：建立测定复方虫草胶囊中没食子酸含量的方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为ODS C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm，5μm），甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相，流速为1.0 ml•min-1，检测波长为270 nm，柱温：室温。结果：没食子酸在4.16～24.96 μg浓度范围内与峰面积呈线性关系，平均回收率为101.75%，RSD为0.53%（n=5）。结论：方法简便，结果准确，可用于复方虫草胶囊的质量控制。

Determination of Gallic Acid In Fufangchongcao Capsul by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish a determination method of gallic acid in Fufangchongcao capsules(FFCC).
Method: The ODS C18column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used,the mobile phase was consisted of method-0.1% phosphoric acid and the detection wavelength was at 270 nm.Result: The linear ranges were between 4.16-24.96 μg for Gallic Acid. The average recovery was 101.75%，RSD=0.82%（n=5）.Conclusion: The method is convenient, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Fufangchongcao capsules.
