摘 要 目的：对苓连消痤丸进行药效学研究。方法：用液体-试管法37 ℃厌氧培养痤疮丙酸杆菌72 h，37 ℃培养金黄色葡萄球菌18 h，定量测定苓连消痤丸最低抑菌浓度，并观察其对醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性及巴豆油致炎剂所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响。结果：苓连消痤丸对痤丙酸肝菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为0.125g•ml-1，0.0625 g•ml-1；苓连消痤丸1.5 g•kg-1，3.0 g•kg-1能非常显著地降低醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管的通透性亢进(P<0.01)；减轻巴豆油致炎剂所致小鼠耳廓的肿胀(P<0.01)。结论：苓连消痤丸有明显的抑菌、抗炎作用。

Study on Pharmacodynamics of Qinlianxiaocuo Pills in Preventing and Curing Acne

ABSTRACT Objective: To study the pharmacodynamic of Qinlianxiaocuo pills.Method: Propinibacterium acnes were anaerobic cultured at 37 ℃ for 72 hours and staphylococus aureus were cultured at 37℃ for 18 hours by liquidtubal method.Result: The minimum inhibitory concentration of Qinlianxiaocuo pills for propinibacterium acnes and staphylococcus aureus were 0.125 g•ml-1 and 0.0625 g•ml-1,respectively, by quantitative determination. Qinlianxiaocuo pills 1.5 g•kg-1 and 3.0 g•kg-1could significantly decrease abdominal capillary permeability induced by acetic acid (P<0.01) and ease auricle swelling induced by oil of croton (P<0.01) in mice.
Conclusion: The Qinlianxiaocuo pills had obvious bacteriostatic and anti-inflammatory effects.
