摘 要 目的:建立抗感利咽糖浆中靛玉红的含量测定方法。 方法:以Dikma DiamonsilTMC18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)为色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-0.1%醋酸铵-醋酸(70∶30∶1);流速1 ml•min-1;检测波长289 nm;柱温40 ℃。结果:靛玉红在0.02~0.24μg范围内线性良好,r=0.999 5。平均加样回收率为101.3%,RSD1.1%(n=6)。结论:该法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Determination of Indirubin in Kangganliyan Syrups by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish a method for determination of the Indirubin in Kangganliyan Syrups. Method: The Dikma Diamonisil ODS column(200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used,the mobile phase was methanol0.1 mol•L-1 ammonium acetateacetic acid(70∶30:1),The flow rate was 1.0 ml•min-1,The detection wavelength was at 289 nm.Result: The linear range of Indirubin was0.02-0.24 μg(r=0.999 5).The average recovery was 101.3%.RSDwas 1.1% (n=6).Conclusion: This method is reliable and accurate. It can be used for quality control of the preparation.
