摘 要 目的：建立用HPLC法测定制何首乌中大黄素含量的方法。方法： Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)；流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸（60∶40∶1）；检测波长：437 nm；流速：1.0 ml•min-1；柱温：35 ℃。结果：大黄素在0.06～0.70 μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0.999 9，平均回收率100.5%,RSD 为1.6%（n=9）。结论：本方法专属性强，灵敏度高，重现性好，适用于制何首乌的质量控制。

Determination of Emodin in Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of emodin in radix polygoni multiflori preparata.Method: The kromasil C18column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water- glacial acetic acid (60∶40∶1) ,the detection wavelength was at 437 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml•min-1.The column temperature was 35 ℃.Result:The linear range of emodin was 0.06-0.70 μg (r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.5%,RSDwas 1.6%(n=9).Conclusion: The method is specific and sensitive, it can be used for quality control of radix polygonum multiflori preparata.
