摘 要 目的：建立阿胶当归合剂的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱鉴别阿胶当归合剂中的当归、白芍、黄芪及甘草；用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的芍药苷进行定量分析。结果：鉴别分离良好，专属性强；芍药苷的平均回收率为100.4%，RSD=1.0%（n=5）。结论：方法可靠、准确，可有效控制阿胶当归合剂的质量。

Study on Quality Standard for E’jiaoDanggui Mixture

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish the quality standard for E’jiaoDanggui mixture.Method: Radix angelicae sinensis, Radix paeoniae alba, Radix Astragaliana and Radix glycytthizae were identified by TLC. The content of peoniflorin was determined by HPLC.Result: The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguished well. The average recovery was 100.4% with RSD 1.0%.Conclusion: The method is reliable and accurate. It can be used for quality control of E’jiaoDanggui mixture.
