摘 要 目的：建立白庀丸质量标准。方法：用薄层色谱法对处方中的川芎、当归、苦参、苍术进行定性鉴定；采用薄层扫描法对苦参中的氧化苦参碱进行含量测定。结果：薄层色谱中斑点清晰易于观察，氧化苦参碱在0.4～2.0μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0.999 8，平均回收率为97.1%，RSD为2.6%（n=5）。结论：方法简便准确,能有效控制制剂的质量。

Quality Standard for Baipi Pills Zhang Suheng, Kang Along， Guo Tao(No.451 Hospital of PLA, Xi'an 710054,China )
ABSTRACT Objective:To establish the quality standard for Baibi Pills.Method:Rhizoma chuanxiong，Radix angelicae sinesis，Radix sophorae flavescentis，Rhizoma atractylodis were identified by TLC;The content of Oxgmatrine in Baipi Pills was determined by TLC.Result:The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguished well.The average recovery was 97.1%，and RSD2.6%(n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
