摘 要 目的:了解医院临床分离致病菌菌群分布及耐药性,为细菌性感染的诊断与治疗提供依据。方法:按《全国临床检验操作规程》培养分离菌种,全自动微生物分析仪进行细菌鉴定,纸片扩散法进行药物敏感试验。结果:共分离出2 012株致病菌中,G+球菌456株(22.7%),G-杆菌1240株(61.6%),真菌314株(15.7%)。致病菌株对临床常用抗菌药物均有不同程度耐药性,多重耐药菌株呈增加趋势。结论:了解常见致病菌菌群的分布及耐药性特点,有助于临床根据不同情况合理、安全选用抗菌药物,对控制医院感染至关重要。

Distribution and Drug Resistance of Commonly Encountered Bacteria in Hospital

ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the distribution and Resistance of the pathogenic floras isolated from the clinical specimen, and provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of bacterial infection.Method: Flora cultivation and isolation was operated by the National clinical Laboratory operational Regulations. Flora was identified with the MicroScan WalkAway 40 automatic identifier, and bacteriostatic test was operated with KirbyBauer method.Result: The Grampositive cocci, Gramnegative bacilli and Fungal was 456, 1240, 314 strains, the proportion of 22.7%,61.6%, 15.7%, respectively in 2012 isolated strains. The Grampositive cocci was increased. These strains have different drug resistance of the Antiinfective Angents in the clinical, and Multidrugresistance was increased.Conclusion: Investigative the distribution and drug resistance of the commonly encountered bacteria is helpful to reasonable and safe application of antibacterials according to different clinical situation, and it is very important for controlling the hospital infection. 资料来自:中国药师-专业站 |
