摘 要 目的：建立HPLC法测定妇乐冲剂中绿原酸含量的方法。方法：采用Waters Symmetry C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μum)柱，以乙腈-水-磷酸（10∶90∶0.4）为流动相，检测波长为327 nm。结果： 绿原酸在0.1～0.8μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9)，平均加样回收率为99.3%，RSD为1.0%(n=5)。结论：本法简便，重现性好，可用于妇乐颗粒的质量控制。

Determination the Content of Chlorogenic acid in Fule Granules by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of chlorogenic acid in Fule graules.
Method:The Waters Symmetry C18column（150 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）was used,The mobile phase: was acetonitrilewater phosphoric acid（10∶90∶0.4）.The detection wavelength was 327 nm.The flow rate was 1 ml.min-1.Result: The linear range of chlorogenicacid was 0.1-0.8μg(r=0.999 9),The average recovery was 99.3%RSD1.0%(n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple and repeatability, it can be used for control the quality of fule granules.
