甘肃不同地区银杏叶中无机元素的含量测定-07.9

摘  要  目的:测定甘肃省不同地区银杏叶中9种无机元素的含量。方法:采用空气-乙炔火焰的原子吸收光谱法。结果:被测的9种无机元素的含量分布趋势为:K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn等元素在陇南、天水地区含量相对较高;Cu、Cr、Mn元素在兰州、天水等地含量相对较高。结论:无机元素的含量受区域影响较明显。

Determination The Content  of Elements of Ginkgo Leaf in different areas of Gansu

ABSTRACT  Objective: To determine the contents of nine kinds of inorganic elements in Gansu area.Method: A flameatomic absorption spectrometry with airacetylene flame was adopted.Result: Nine kinds inorganic elements contents distributed tendencies which measured were the contents of K, Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn elements in Longnan, Tianshui area was relatively high and that of Cu, Cr, Mn elements in places such as Lanzhou,Tianshui was relatively high.Conclusion: The contents of inorganic elements is obvious for region influence.
