摘 要 目的:建立牛黄清火丸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:SHIMADZU VP-ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(80∶20,V/V),流速:1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长:254 nm,柱温:30 ℃。结果:大黄素在10.04~50.20 μg.ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8);平均加样回收率为98.0%,RSD=1.5%(n=6);大黄酚在20.04~60.12 μg.ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000);平均加样回收率为99.2%,RSD1.1%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便易行,结果准确可靠,可适用于牛黄清火丸的质量控制。

Determination the content of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Niuhuangqinghuo pills by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of emodin and chrysophanol in Niuhuangqinghuo pills.Method: The shimadzu VP-ODS C18column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used, the mobile phase was methanol0.1%phosphoric acid solution(80∶20),the column temperature was 30 ℃,the detection wavelength was 254 nm.the flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1. Result: The linear ranges of emodin and chrysophanol were at 10.04-50.20 μg(r=0.999 8) and 20.4-60.12 μg.ml-1(r=1.000 0) respectively, the average recoveries(n=6) were 98.0% and 99.2%withRSD1.5%and 1.1% respectivery.Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, it can be used for quality control of Niuhuangqinghuo pills.
