摘 要 目的：建立咽炎片的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱：SHIMADZU VP-ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)，流动相：乙腈-水-冰醋酸（33∶67∶2），流速：0.8ml•min-1，检测波长：274 nm，柱温：30 ℃。结果：丹皮酚在2.04～10.20μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）；平均加样回收率为99.67%，RSD=0.4%（n=5）。结论：该方法简便易行，结果准确可靠，可适用于咽炎片的质量控制。

Determination the Content of Paeonol in Yanyan Tablets by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective:To set up a method for quality control of Yanyan tablets.Method: Shimadzu VPODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrilewateracetic acid (33∶67∶2).The column temperature was 30 ℃,the wavelength for detection was 274 nm,flow rate was 0.8ml•min-1.Result:The linear range of paeonol was 2.04-10.20μg.The paeonol average of recovery rate was 99.67%,and RSDwas 0.4%(n=5).Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Yanyan tablets.
