摘 要 目的：采用HPLC法测定脉君安片中氢氯噻嗪的含量；方法： Kromasil C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-水（15∶85），检测波长：226 nm，流速为1.0 ml•min-1。结果：氢氯噻嗪的线性范围为0.097～1.94 μg,r=0.999 8,平均回收率102.0%，RSD=1.9%（n=6）。结论：本方法快速简便，准确可靠，可用于脉君安的质量控制。

Determination the Content of Hydrochlorothiazide in Maijun'an Tablets by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish an HPLC method for detemination the content of Hydrochlorothiazide in maijunan tablets.
Method:The kromasil C18column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used,the methanolwater(15∶85) as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 226 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml•min-1.Result: The linear range of Hydrochlorothiazide was 0.097-1.94μg(r=0.999 8), the average recovery was 102.0%with RSD1.9%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,it can be used for quality control of maijunan tablets.
