摘 要 目的：建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法测定糖肾康颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法：色谱柱: Phonomenex C18(150 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)；流动相为乙腈水(32∶68)；流速0.8 ml•min-1；ELSD参数:漂移管温度105 ℃；载气流速2.7 ml•min-1；柱温40 ℃。结果：黄芪甲苷进样量在1.004～5.020 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0.999 0,平均回收率为98.82％，RSD为0.64％。结论：该方法灵敏度高、专属性及重现性好，结果准确可靠，可用于糖肾康颗粒的质量控制。

Determination the Content of Astragaloside in Tangshenkang Granules

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for determination the content of astragaloside in Tangshenkang granules.
Method:The Phonomenex C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)was used.Acetonitrilewater(32∶68) was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate of mobile phase was 0.8ml•min-1.The tube temperature of the detector was 105 ℃.The flow rate of pure air was 2.7 ml•min-1.The column temperature was 40 ℃.Result:The linearity was obtained from 1.004-5.020 μg(r=0.999 0).The average recovery was 98.82% with RSD=0.64%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is sensitive,simple,specific and accurate for determination of astragaloside in Tangshenkang granules.
