摘 要 目的：建立八珍益母片中芍药苷含量测定HPLC法。方法：用Hypersil ODS2 C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）；流动相：乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15∶85)，流速1.0 ml•min-1；柱温： 室温；检测波长：230 nm。结果：芍药苷浓度在0.15～1.2 μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，r=0.999 9，平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为0.8%(n=5)。结论：本方法专属、重复性好，可用于八珍益母片中芍药苷的含量测定。

Determination the Content of Paeoniflorin in Bazhen Yimu Tablets by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination the content of paeoniflorin in Bazhen Yimu tables.Method: Hypersil ODS2 C18column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used,the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile0.1 mol•L-1 phosphoric acid solution(15∶85),the flow rate was 1.0 ml•min-1,the column temperature was room temperature,the detection wavelength was at 230 nm.Result: The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.15-1.2μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.9% with RSD0.8%(n=5).
Conclusion:The method is selective and reproducible,it can be used for determination the content of paeoniflorin in Bazhen Yimu tablets.
