摘 要 目的：了解5-羟色胺再摄取抑制药(SSRI)使用发生不良反应的情况,为合理使用药提供警示。方法：检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）和美国NLM PubMed查询系统，对2001年1月～2006年8月收到的SSRI类药物所致的不良反应进行统计,并分析药物的相互作用。结果：六种SSRI类药物诱发的不良反应98 例,其中氟西汀引起的不良反应最多，抗利尿激素分泌异常综合征(SIADH)是最常见的不良反应，同时也会出现少见的不良反应。结论：临床应重视SSRI类药物的严重不良反应及药物的相互作用，以确保用药安全。

Analysis of SSRIinduced Adverse Reaction and Drug Interaction

ABSTRACT Objective:To understand the adverse reaction of SSRI,provide warning of the drug rational use.Method: The cases of ADR of SSRI were searched through CNKI and PubMeD from January,2000 to August,2006 and the interaction with other medications were as well.Result:The ADR of fluoxetine happened most,and SIADH was the main reaction in all the 98 cases, also there were some ADRs seldom appeared.Conclusion: It must attach attention to the serious ADR and drug interaction of SSRI so that the rational use of drugs can be assured.
